Carol Maier
Carol is responsible for all accounting operations of the company including creating and maintaining a documented system of internal and external accounting policies, procedures and controls as well as providing financial reporting. Carol oversees compliance with human resource benefits such as our medical programs, 401(k), and pension. She assists in all other human resource support
Carol is responsible for all accounting operations of the company including creating and maintaining a documented system of internal and external accounting policies, procedures and controls as well as providing financial reporting. Carol oversees compliance with human resource benefits such as our medical programs, 401(k), and pension. She assists in all other human resource support to the President. Carol serves at Treasurer for the Turtle Plastics Foundation. She spent several years on the Advisory Board of LCJVS and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She has been a valuable member of the Turtle Plastics team for more than 10 years.
Prior to joining Turtle Plastics, Carol held the position of CFO at Marshall Marketing & Communications, Inc. in Pittsburgh for more than twelve years. Her banking background, education, and organizational skills helped provide the foundation for her successful business career.
Carol enjoys spending time with Alan, her husband of 49 years, and her children and grandchildren.
