Our plastic cribbing solutions offer a safer, tougher alternative to wood blocks. Where wood can degrade over time or from chemical or water immersion, our plastic cribbing stands up to these impediments. Better still, our cribbing is 100% recycled, fully sustainable, and lighter and more durable than wood. Plus, unlike wood, it features interlocking blocks that significantly enhance stability and safety. It gives workers increased confidence when dealing with heavy equipment since each of our cribbing blocks is rated as to the loads it can support.
Aerospace/Military
At Turtle Plastics these two industries are the hallmark of the heavy-duty lift required equipment, machinery and parts. Heavy-duty cribbing includes The Slab®, the heaviest-capacity plastic cribbing block designed for safety redundancy when used in conjunction with larger hydraulic lifts and jacks. With a working load rating of 110,000kg / 242,508lbs, it features interlocking top and bottom pads for enhanced safety. Also available is the Half-Slab® with a working load of 55,000kg/121,254lbs and a variety of other cribbing blocks and pads.
